At the Big Kids Club we strengthen emotional resilience through mindful awareness practices utilising various ways of relaxation techniques, art, music and lots of other fun ways to spark the joy of living in this fast paced world. Our workshops are tailored to suit everyone.
No skills required.
• If you are a Big Kid at heart and need a spark of inspiration and some relaxing fun – our Spark the Imagination Workshops are just for you!
• If you are going through a challenging time – our workshops are the perfect place to have some time out to recharge and to get clarity!
We are here to talk about it and support you on your journey.
If you are not ready to talk about it, it will be just as beneficial for you to join in the fun. Being amongst people who enjoy themselves is very uplifting. Realising that you are not alone when listening what others experience and how they get through life’s challenges can be really supportive and encouraging.
